Tell me about your Homecoming weekend! If you didn't participate in the Homecoming festivities, what did you do? Share pics!

My first Homecoming experience  was amazing because the girl I was with made me smile. At first, I went to her house and gave her her corsage. Then we went to Anderson's house to have our pictures taken. Next we went to dinner at Houlihans. After that we walked around at town center. We also went to the dance for an hour and a half. It was nice, but the music was really loud, because you could barley hear her talking to me because the music was too loud. After the dance we went to my friend's Zach's house and it was nice because we had snacks and talked around the bonfire, to end the night her mom took me home at 12:15 and we said our thank yous and goodbyes. Overall, it was a great night.

How was your weekend? Did you do anything exciting? Share photos!

My weekend was very thrilling and enjoyable because I was always doing something. Friday night, I had soccer practice and then I watched a movie called RED. Saturday morning, I went to Blue Valley High's cross country meet in Wyandotte County Park to cheer on some friends. They did very well and it was cool to see and be in the environment of my first cross country meet. Then, I watched college football and went to my brothers soccer game. They won five to two and then I went to my cousin's soccer game and they lost four to two. After that, I went to see The Maze Runner at Palazzo with six other friends and it was very good. Sunday, I sold my electric scooter after church and then I watched the Chiefs game and did my homework.

Now that you are several weeks in to this class and have coded one (super small) website, what do you think? What are your thoughts on web design? Is it what you thought it would be? Is it better? Worse? What's your favorite part? What's your least favorite part? Explain.

My thoughts on Web Design is that it is very fun when you know how to code correctly. When I forget the code that I need for that specific task it is difficult to complete it the way I would like to. It is somewhat similar to what I thought it would be like but since I have only been in high school for a couple of weeks I did not expect much of what it would be like because I would have no other way of knowing without talking to upper class man.My favorite part is blogging every day at the start of class and my least favorite part is coding and taking test.

What is the importance of deadlines? How do high school deadlines reflect or simulate "real world" experience? Give an example of when you met or or didn't meet a deadline that was important.

Deadlines are extremely important because if you don't meet them then you might receive a zero or a huge percentage off and even if you get a 100 percent than you would get a 60 or worse in the grade book and that is what colleges look at. High school deadlines reflect the real world by if you are late to work you get fired, if you are a reporter and don't turn in a report, you get fired, if you work in construction and don't finish a job on time you get fired, if you are a business man and are late to a meeting, then you get fired, if you are an athlete and are late to a game or match, you lose lots ans lots of money at the least. As you can see, it is important to meet deadlines and not procrastinate, lie or stall anything what so ever at anytime in your life. In the eighth grade we had a huge World War II unit and had a month long project worth 250 points, I received a 100 because I turned it in on time and went above and beyond.

Reflect on this quote. Give an example of a time in your life that this might have been the case.

This quote is very true and applies to everyone every single day usually more than once. By not preparing for either a test or really anything, you set yourself up for failure which is never an easy thing to accept in my opinion. Once in my life I was camping and we forgot rain coats so of course it rained a lot, we forgot a Coleman propane tank so of course it was cold, and we also forgot a tarp so all of our supplies and luggage got drenched. There is a lot to remember to the game of life and if you forget somethings than it will be very costly and sometimes unforgiving.

What did you do this weekend? Share pictures if you have them!

This weekend I went to the Blue Valley High School Football Game against West and we won by a pretty big margin. I tailgated before hand and had barbecue which was very delicious. On Saturday, I watched college football, and got a suit for homecoming and bought some movies at Best Buy. That night, I went to my monthly bible study and I had four sloppy joes for dinner. On Sunday, I went to church a eight in the morning because I was doing camera and next I went to my sisters soccer game and did homework and watched the Patriots game and the Chiefs game. To end the night I watched the Bears comeback and beat the 49ers on Sunday Night Football on NBC.

Below is one of my favorite quotes that I found on Pinterest. Think read and think about what this says and then blog about it. What does this quote mean to you? Elaborate! Feel free to give an example of tell a story.
This quote means to me that people especially kids are very spoiled and somewhat bratty when they do not get what they want. I love when it says you have seen none percent of the world because that is very true and if you think that you have seen it all you really haven't, I have traveled through around 38 states in the country and I have hardly scratched the surface of what is out there in the world that never sleeps. I once was sick and said that I am bored but with a TV, phone, XBOX, and board games why should I say such a thing. No that I have realized that I should never say that I am bored I will work on saying it less and less. I liked this quote a lot! It was a huge eye opener.
